QUALITY

Our goal is for everyone to feel safe in our furniture — to develop pieces that do not tip over or break, and that ultimately minimize the risk of injury. This part of the development process is extensive and requires both solid engineering work and thorough testing.

We always test our products according to existing quality standards, through an accredited third-party testing laboratory. The majority of our furniture is also designed for public environments, which involves additional parameters to take into consideration. Therefore, testing is a crucial part of our sustainability work, as it ensures that the furniture meets the required standards for safety, strength, and stability.

Choosing the right materials is also an important part of quality. Through close collaboration with our suppliers, we have built a strong relationship and developed an understanding of what works best for our products—both in terms of material selection and design.

We constantly strive to stay updated on new innovative materials and technical solutions. Finding new materials, such as improved coatings, textiles, and foam made from renewable raw materials, is an ongoing process — both in the development and production of our products. Our choice of materials is crucial for the future quality and durability of the product — not least to ensure transparency about the content, which facilitates reuse and recycling.

We are committed to continuous development and improvement, which is why we constantly work with quality assurance. All types of complaints are received and analyzed to identify the root cause of the issue, so that necessary measures can be promptly implemented and the improvement process can move forward — in the right direction.

We also place great importance on the proper use and care of our furniture. Therefore, we have developed user manuals and care instructions for our products, which are designed to maximize the longevity and enjoyment of our furniture.
