OMNES Education collaborated with Kinnarps France to transform the Vellefaux 2 building in Paris into a modern campus focused on wellbeing and functional learning environments. The building, formerly part of the police headquarters, features a unique metal structure inspired by the architecture of the Eiffel Tower. The project was based on Kinnarps’ approach to holistic ergonomics, where physical, social, and organizational environments work together to create a better overall experience.
The aim was to create environments that support both collaboration and individual work requiring high concentration. As group work has become increasingly common, the focus shifted toward flexible and adaptable learning spaces instead of traditional lecture halls. Color, acoustics, and interior design also played an important role in creating a harmonious and inspiring environment that promotes better focus and reduces stress.
